Please Read

In sending this you confirm that you are aware of the student named and their attendance at WGRT and acceptance of our GDPR policy.

You agree with the Health & Safety policy of WGRT. You understand that the young person that you are responsible for should have a current tetanus vaccination before attending WGRT.

You give WGRT permission to carry out first aid in the event of a minor accident or call for emergency services in the event of a major accident should this ever be needed for the young person you are responsible for. You undertake to provide suitable safe footwear and a waterproof coat for the young person you are responsible for.

Where possible you agree to attend open events and awards events to encourage and endorse the work of the young person you are responsible for.
