Tutors and Support Staff

We are always looking for exceptional Tutors and Support staff that share our core values of helping people grow through interaction with the environment around them through land based activities. If you have experience of teaching, mentoring or working with individuals with a range of disabilities, or if you have a passion for the outdoors, horticulture, conservation or animal care, then we want to hear from you!


Currently we are actively recruiting for exceptional support staff to work along our students who need support on 1:1 basis. If you have a passion for the outdoors, previous experience of working with adults and young people with learning disabilities or have skills that are relevant to the below Support Worker job description we want to hear from you.

Support Worker Job Description

Cook/All Rounder

Main Job purpose

To be a flexible part of the team responsible for ensuring the effective operation of our tearoom, including

Assisting with the creation and evolution of our menu, designing interesting dishes for our specials board, Cooking, food and beverage service, stock management, sourcing local quality produce, supporting our students and providing excellent customer care. You will be willing to get stuck in and help to drive the success of the tea room through your creative flair and proactive attitude.
